For off-site cleaning, we take your rugs to our cleaning facility located in Knoxville TN and treat your rugs. After we have eliminated the stains and smells, we return your rugs to your home, place them in their original location, unroll and vacuum them – all at no extra expense!

We focus around evacuating high-traffic areas, deeply-embedded stains, pet “accidents” and other odors. Whether you have small rugs, large area carpeting, or fine Oriental pieces, you can rest assured that your floor coverings will be treated carefully and cleaned to their original condition.

Not all rugs are created equal. From older Oriental rugs around the turn of the century to area rugs that you’ve bought from a big box retailer, every rug requires a thorough understanding of how to clean it safely and effectively.

We start by analyzing the type of rug you have by the materials, age, and usage for each piece to ensure our cleaning won’t degrade your rugs. Once analyzed, we begin with spot testing to ensure that no coloring or damage to the materials will affect your rugs. After a successful spot test, we create a custom-tailored plan to restore rugs to their original condition and give you the peace of mind that your precious rugs stay intact for years to come.

Free Pick Up and Delivery!

For most rugs, in-home cleaning is usually the best course of action. However, some pieces need a little extra maintenance. For those rugs, we offer free pickup and delivery from our rug cleaning facility. This enables us to give them an appropriate deep cleaning that might take a bit longer or require more space than you have at your home.

Once we pick up your rug(s), we will schedule the delivery date at the time of pickup to give you an accurate time frame when your rug is clean and ready to enjoy in your home again.

Full Flushing Available!

For SEVERELY soiled and dirty rugs, we offer a total flushing process. If you believe your rugs need extra care, we offer full flushing services at our off-site cleaning facility. At our facility, we spend more time and effort to would need more time as we over and over break those deeply-embedded stains and odors that regular carpet cleaning just won’t fix. Of course, this attention to detail does take more time, but we’re confident that you’ll be satisfied with the end result.
